“Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra” Project is implemented in Maharashtra with the aim of computerizing Panchayati Raj Institutions in rural areas and ensuring effective e-governance. This project is a part of the National Governance Program under the Bharat Nirman initiative.
Objectives of the Project:

To make the functioning of all Panchayati Raj Institutions online

To create a database for all Panchayats

To enter information in 11 modules of the e-Panchayat suite

To deliver G2G (Government to Government) and G2C (Government to Citizen) services in rural areas through Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendras

To improve the quality of public services offered to citizens in rural areas
